We encourage all prospective members to download, complete the following application and company profiles and send to the NAAA offices attention Deneen Butler. Any information received by the Office of the Executive Managing Director and Legal Counsel will be held in confidence in accordance with antitrust guidelines issued by the US Department of Justice. All questions regarding legal matters should be directed to Carlos Rodriguez, Esq., Legal Counsel, NAAA.

The North Atlantic Alliance Association, Inc. (NAAAI) is a nonprofit shipper's association. Please be aware that completion of the application does not guarantee that the applicant will become a member of the NAAA.

In order to process the application, please submit the following information via USPS mail.

  • Most recent financial statements
  • Most recent quarterly report
  • Copy of electronic tariff title page
  • Copy of tariff page showing bond on file at FMC
  • Nonrefundable processing fee of $500.00
    Please make checks payable to the North Atlantic Alliance Association, Inc. We will review the application and submit our recommendation to the Board.
